“Medium deep pink colour with a bright hue and young bubbles. Vinous nose, white flower, yeasty bread notes, ripe red berries and citrus. Good grip on the palate, vinous with crushed red berries, citrus, some autolytic notes, a creamy mousse and a long finish. Generous and vinous.”

“Visual aspect : pale gold hue, limpid, brilliant. Nice viscosity, fatness.
Nose : fresh and mineral first nose, the freshness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach), floral (honeysuckle, acacia).
Palate : frank and broad first taste. White-fleshed fruits (peach) then floral, with pepper. A nice bitterness in the finish.
Match with food : seafood, smoked poultry.

“Bright light straw colour with a fine mousse. Youthful nose offering white fleshed fruit, almond, citrus and some herbal notes. Light palate with a youthful grip, creamy and fresh with lemongrass, lime and green apple flavours. Youthful with a rather long finish, balanced in a light style.”
